Job Description:
Responsible for scheduling procedures and clinic visits for a high volume multi-practitioner office.
Schedules appointments for hospital follow-up visits Collects patient insurance information Answers patient questions and provides nursing staff pertinent information Job requirements:
Ability to comply with patient confidentiality and HIPAA laws Computer data entry skills required Exhibit strong communication skills while interacting with patients, co-workers and outside vendors Must be task oriented with the ability to focus and produce accurate results
