Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely and efficient processing of company-wide payroll.
Ensures compliance and maintains current knowledge of applicable federal and state policies and taxes.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Processes benefits withholding, payroll deductions, garnishments, and levies.
Oversees preparation of various reporting involving time and labor and benefits.
Conducts timely reconciliations.
Helps manage Time & Attendance.
Maintains and organizes accurate payroll records and assist auditors during reviews and audits.
Administers the companys Vacation & Sick policies and processes, in compliance with local, state and federal laws.

Ideal candidate will possess a can do attitude with a will do work ethic Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (in office position) Must have experience working in a payroll system 2
years of payroll experience a plus Knowledge of compliance issues concerning Payroll, Human Resources, and Benefits.
Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
